Scandinavian Redwood Planed Tanalised
We keep a selection of Planed Tanalised timber in stock. Graded for appearance, they are machined from Scandinavian redwood for quality. For external constructional work they will provide a better finish than sawn, homegrown timber. This makes them more suitable for fascia, soffits or window and door trims in an extension or summerhouse. Cladding, decking and quality fencing installs all tend to benefit from the use of a planed finish
Planed tanalised Timbers Stocked
Firstly, all of our normal planed stock timbers are pressure treated. Because they are pressure treated using Next generation TANALITH E wood preservative this provides a 15 year TREATED-RIGHT performance warranty against wood decay and insect attack (terms and conditions apply). They must not be used in ground contact. Any cross cuts must be treated with two coats of end-grain preservative treatment.
