Our top selling composite decking products are from the Millboard deckboard range. The Millboard collections include 176mm and 126mm Enhanced Grain, 200mm Weathered Oak and 200mm Lasta-Grip boards. With a range of range of board styles, colours and designs means that these boards can be used for either a traditional or a more contemporary setting. Our focus here is the Ebony Grey (SB) boards
Each original Millboard Enhanced Grain deckboard is 126mm wide, 32mm thick and 3.6 metres long. They are available in eight different colour tones:

In 2023 another variant was brought out, the Enhanced Grain SB (Small Board) which is smaller at 126mm in width. This allows a variety of patterns because of the different width boards. More details on the 126mm width SB boards can be found here
These composite deckboards are hand crafted, moulded and painted to maintain the high-quality finish. The composite deck boards look as authentic as possible because they are moulded from a selection of genuine oak timber boards. Millboard’s Enhanced Grain decking is designed to make a smooth, seamless transition from the home interior to the exterior of the property.
These quality boards can be used for decking, walkways, balconies, barbecues and seating areas. Millboard introduced a new colour, Brushed Basalt, in 2018. Millboard described this contemporary grey board as “the most authentic painted-wood-look decking board available”.
All Millboard’s deckboards are made from a wood-free polymer resin core and they are also fibre reinforced for additional strength. The boards are then bonded to a Lastane surface layer which is durable, UV stable and helps to conceal the Durafix stainless steel fixings. Because the Lastane surface is algae repellent it helps provide enhanced slip resistance in the wet and makes the boards almost maintenance free.
Millboard’s composite decking is both anti-slip and low maintenance. All of the Millboard decking boards are manufactured in the UK, they use 40% reclaimed materials and they offer an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional timber decking. The structural features and careful design of Millboard makes the boards durable and capable of withstanding heavy foot traffic.
Because of this careful design the boards can be used for a wide range of commercial applications including hotels, pubs, restaurants, pubs, zoos and other leisure facilities.
Finally all Millboard deckboards are covered by a 5-Year or a 25-Year limited structural decking warranty. The 5-Year warranty applies to mainly deckboards and Millboard edging when used under normal conditions as a decking board. Residential use installations zare normally granted a 25-Year limited structural deck warranty providing the installation has only been subjected to the level of traffic that might be expected in a residential dwelling.
