APC Deliveries
APC Overview
One of our deliveries options out of the area is the APC Courier service. They offer a reliable service that is ideal for some of our smaller products that need delivering to the extremities of the UK Mainland.
How much does APC delivery cost?
Most of our APC deliveries cost £12 including VAT. This includes up to 35kg of product and packing, the longest items we can send via APC are 1.2 metres including packaging. When received your order will be passed through for picking, packing and dispatch.
Picking will involve checking for availability, our online software reflects stockholdings and shouldn’t allow overselling online or in store. However, if there is a stock deficit we will contact you ASAP to see whether you want to wait for incoming stock
Wherever possible we re-use/repurpose packaging materials for your delivery. Many items will be packed with shredded paper and cushioning materials. Your parcel will be bar code labelled and show your delivery address.
Dispatch normally happens at about 12am on each week day.
What areas do you cover for delivery?
Our Pallet delivery prices cover the majority of the UK mainland. The Post Codes that can be serviced are linked. Other deliveries can be made to the Isle-of-Wight, Isle-of-Man, Northern Ireland and the Scilly Isles and the Channel islands. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands is also an extra charge.
How long does delivery take?
We have parcels collected at about 12am every weekday. Standard delivery is within 24 hours from the time of collection. Allowance however has to be made for non-working days, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. So an order made at 4.00pm won’t get to you until probably the day after.
Insurance for delivery
Your delivery is covered by insurance for up to £100.
Is there a Saturday delivery option?
Standard delivery times for APC are Monday-Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm. There is a Saturday 7am to 2.00pm option, the surcharge for Saturday delivery is £13 plus VAT.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
We would prefer for somebody on site/at home to accept delivery. However if there is a safe, easy to reach place to leave your order then delivery can be made without somebody on site.
Can I add to my delivery?
Yes, you can add to your delivery. However parcels are normally collected at 12am so you ideally need to notify any amendments before 10am. If this doesn’t quite work out we can always send a second parcel, unfortunately this would be chargeable

If I order the wrong product will you take it back?
The answer is yes, but there are provisos. Please phone or email and we will advise you, but essentially products must be unused, undamaged and returned within 30 days etc. You will need to package, and pay for, the cost of the products return to ourselves.
Please note that we have the right to reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any decrease in the Products’ value that has resulted from the manner in which you’ve handled them. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card you used to pay for the product/s
What happens if any product is damaged on receipt???
All items are checked before packaging and collection. If anything we “Overpack” our products but occasionally things do go wrong. If, somehow, you have received a damaged product then please call our Office on 01803 813803, or email [email protected], as soon as possible. Please make a note of which member of staff you have spoken to. If you are emailing then a couple of images of the problem is always helpful.
